At Everyday OT, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
